Mr. Frank Brucknak, age 93 of Lebanon, died Tuesday morning, March 28 at Smith County Health and Rehab. He is survived by: wife, Mabel Brucknak; children, Karen Samborski and husband Mike of Lebanon, Kathy Thompson and husband David of Clarksville, Frank Brucknak III of Westfield, MA; 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Mr. Brucknak is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday morning, April 1 at 11:00 AM at the Lebanon First Church of the Nazarene, 812 N. Cumberland St. Lebanon, TN. Rev. Gary Wilson will officiate. Inurnment in the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Pegram, Tennessee.
Visitation at the Lebanon First Church of the Nazarene will begin on Friday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
The family has requested memorials to the Lebanon First Church of the Nazarene.
