Mr. Donald W. Upchurch, age 67, of Carthage, TN, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017.
Mr. Upchurch was born February 10, 1950 in Lebanon, TN, the son of the late Frank Burton Upchurch and Eva Rhea Mofield. He was also preceded in death by Son; Micheal Duran Upchurch, Grandson; Micheal Ather Maynard and Brother; Jimmy Upchurch. He married Juanita Faye Enoch on August 28, 1981. Donald worked for Tom Arnold Construction as a mechanic.
Mr. Upchurch is survived by his Wife of 35 years; Juanita Enoch Upchurch of Carthage, TN. Children; Ricky Wayne (Sarah) Upchurch of Carthage, TN, Scotty Dewayne Upchurch of Hartsville, TN, Brian Curtis Upchurch of Hermitage, TN, and Jessica Mae Maynard of Carthage, TN. Ten Grandchildren; Rachel Upchurch, Randy Upchurch, Elizabeth Upchurch, Alexa Brown, Khristopher Upchurch, Kaylee Brown, Cheyenne Upchurch, Sierra Upchurch, Ricky Lee Upchurch, and Jesse Lee Maynard. One Great-Grandchild. Siblings; Billy Ray Upchurch, Eddie Lee Upchurch, Tommy Nelson, Mary Siebers, Margaret White, Michelle Brooks, and Joann Key.
Funeral Services for Mr. Upchurch are scheduled to be conducted from the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 1PM with Bro. Brian Armstrong officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Tuckers Crossroads.
Visitation with the Upchurch family will be held at the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Friday from 2PM to 8PM and on Saturday after 10AM until service time at 1PM.
In lieu of flowers the Family requests donations be made to assist with the funeral expenses.
