Mr. Dewayne Edward Phann age 51, of Gordonsville, TN, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 at his home.
Mr. Phann was born May 13, 1964 in Jackson County, TN, the Son of the late James Edward Phann and Dortha Louise Scott Williams. Dewayne worked at Wal Mart in Lebanon. He married Debbie Givens on June 13, 2003.
Mr. Phann is survived by Wife; Debbie Givens Phann of Gordonsville, TN. Daughter; Jaime Phann of Gordonsville, TN. Step-Daughters; Jennifer (Travis) Thomas of Gainesboro, TN, and Amanda (Brandyn) Wright of Granville, TN. Brothers and Sisters; Sandra Cook, Brenda Davis, Edna Spivey, Georgie Daniels, Terry Phann, and Jerry Phann. Five Step-Grandchildren; Jaylan and Kara Wright and Isaiah, Lyza, and Ava Thomas.
Funeral Services for Mr. Phann are scheduled to be conducted from the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 3PM with Bro. Jeff Burton and Bro. Gary Lee officiating. Interment will follow in the Gordonsville Cemetery.
Visitation with the Phann family will be held at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes only on Monday, July 6, from 11AM until the service time at 3PM.
The Phann Family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
