Mr. Cotton Sneed, age 91, of Russell Hill, died Friday morning, January 3, 2020, at his home.

He is survived by: wife, Beatrice Sneed; daughter, Beverly White of Red Boiling Springs; 3 grandchildren, Michael Denney of Rock City, Jeffery Denney and wife Jenny of Sparta, Lori Fields and husband Charles of Rock City; brother, Billy Thomas Sneed of Whitleyville; sister-in-law, Marie Sneed of Whitleyville; 9 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Sneed is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Sunday afternoon, January 5, at 3:00 PM. Eld. Jason Goad will officiate. Interment in the Smith County Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers are: Michael Denney, Jeffery Denney, Charles Fields, Timothy Stafford, Michael Stafford, Barry Sneed.

Visitation will begin on Saturday afternoon from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Sunday from 10:00 AM until service time at 3:00 PM.
