Mr. Charlie Ferrell III
Mr. Charlie Ferrell III, age 56 of Lebanon, died Wednesday morning, June 29 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He is survived by: 2 children, Charlie Ferrell IV and Brenda Ferrell; siblings, Frankie Lee Ferrell of Los Angeles, California, Marsha Sanders of Chattanoogna, Glenda Ferrell of Lebanon, Dewayne Ferrell of South Carolina.
Mr. Ferrell will be cremated at Cumberland Family Services. Graveside service and inurnment at 5:00 PM on Friday, July 15 at Smith County Memorial Gardens. Visitation at the Carthage Chapel from 2:00 PM until leaving for the cemetery at 4:50PM.
