Mr. Carl Gilley

Mr. Carl Gilley, age 102 of Granville, died Friday evening, March 24, at Waters of Smyrna in Rutherford County. He is survived by: step-son, Jerry Taylor of Buffalo Valley; grandchildren, Danny Taylor of Goodlettsville, Paula Veal of LaVergne, Jeri Oakley of LaVergne, Michael Taylor of Washington State; great-grandchildren, Draper, Derrick, LeAnn, Ryan and Billy.

Mr. Gilley is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. Graveside Services with Military Honors will be conducted on Tuesday afternoon, March 28, at 1:00 PM in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Nashville. Paula Veal will present the eulogy. Active pallbearers will be the great-grandchildren and Barry Oakley.

Visitation will be at the Woodlawn Funeral Home on Tuesday only from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
