Mr. Arvil Douglas “Doug” Sevier, age 73 of Carthage, TN, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
Mr. Sevier was born August 4, 1949 in Carthage, TN, a son of the late Harrison Arvil Sevier and Opal Olean Brown Sevier. He was also preceded in death by Brother; Tony Melvin Sevier.
Mr. Sevier is survived by Wife; Patricia Sevier. Son; Scotty Sevier. Caregiver; Amanda Mayberry. Brothers; Billy “Sandy” Sevier, Bruce (Vivian) Sevier, and Ritchie (Deborah) Sevier. Sister; Kathy Kennedy.
Graveside Services and Interment for Mr. Sevier are scheduled to be conducted on Friday, August 4, 2023 at 1PM at the Gordonsville Cemetery with Eld. James Thomas Gibbs officiating.
Visitation with the family will be at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Friday from 12PM until departure for the cemetery at 12:45PM.
