Eld. Charles Jones, age 92 of Russell Hill, died Thursday morning, March 31 at Riverview Regional in Carthage. He is survived by: daughter, Jane Shoulders and husband Mike of Carthage; son, Anthony Jones of Russell Hill; 3 grandchildren, Shane Jones and wife Teresa of Tanglewood, Jacky Shoulders and wife Vasi of Northbrook, Illinois, Erica Shoulders Goad and husband Jared of Carthage; 3 great-grandchildren, Charles Tyler Jones of Tanglewood and Oympia Jane Shoulders and Robby Michael Shoulders of Northbrook, Illinois.
Eld. Jones is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Sunday afternoon, April 3 at 3:00 PM. Bro. Jackie Riddle and Eld. Scott Rigsby will officiate. Interment in the Pleasant Shade Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: Jerome Donoho, Robin Gregory, Tim Eidson, Todd Smith, Jacky Carver Sr. Philip Hesson. A Masonic Chapel Service will be conducted on Saturday evening at 6:00 PM by the Difficult Masonic Lodge #451
Visitation on Saturday from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM and on Sunday from 12:00 noon until service time at 3:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to the Pleasant Shade Cemetery Mowing Fund.
