Dr. Roger Duke, age 72 of Lebanon, died Monday morning, August 26 at Quality Center in Lebanon. He is survived by: children, Nicholas Duke and wife Summer , Nicole Duke and Noelle Duke all of Lebanon; mother of children, Jennifer Duke of Lebanon.
Dr. Duke is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his Celebration of Life will be conducted on Friday morning, August 30 at 11:00 AM. Eulogies by Scotty Lewis and Mike Pearson. Bro. Jackie Dillehay officiating.
Visitation at Sanderson will begin on Thursday afternoon from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Friday from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
The family has requested memorials to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
