November 18, 1847 – The Union Association of Baptists organizes in a meeting at Blue Springs in Warren County. Charter churches are Old Macedonia, Blue Springs (Warren County), Pleasant Grove, Fellowship, Shellsford, Philadelphia, Spencer, Bethel, Pleasant Hill, New Hope, and Macedonia Church (Smith County).
November 18, 1979 – Hollywood Cafe of South Carthage is destroyed by fire.
November 21, 1888 – Gleaves Hotel is destroyed by fire on Gordonsville’s Main Street.
