(Smith County Insider Press) South Carthage, Tenn. – Billy Grisham, 54, of Carthage, was involved in a single vehicle accident on Saturday, July 25th, on Hogan’s Creek Road.
Grisham was traveling East on Hogan’s Creek Rd, when turning right onto Ballenger Road, his vehicle exited the roadway and flipped on its side. The vehicle came to a rest in a drainage ditch. The accident occurred early Saturday morning, but was not reported until late morning.
According to THP Trooper Mark Jones, Grisham was cited for driving on suspended license, failure to maintain roadway, and insurance violation. No injuries were reported.
Smith County Sheriff’s Deputies, Junior Fields and Scott Hale, was also on the scene. Dale’s Towing removed the vehicle from the scene.
