(Smith County Insider Press) Elmwood, Tenn. – Around 10:30 pm on Sunday night, February 5, Smith County Sheriff’s Office received a call reporting a MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident on Conditt Hollow Road in Elmwood, TN.
When authorities arrived on scene, they found a 2003 Honda sedan on its roof in the ditch near the roadway. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Ralph James Hileman, 43, of the Elmwood, Tenn. Hileman was traveling North on Conditt Hollow Road when he exited the right side of the roadway and overturned in the ditch.
Hileman was transported to Riverview Regional Medical Center with minor injuries and later to Smith County Jail Facility for booking.
Hileman was charged with DUI (1st Offense) and financial responsibility.
