Smith County beef producers will not want to miss the opportunity to join the Upper Cumberland Extension Team at the 2023 Beef Summit. We hope you will mark your calendars and plan to join us on Tuesday, October 17th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hyder Burks Ag Pavilion in Cookeville.
Joining us as a speaker is Troy Applehans, a Beef Market Specialist with CattleFax. For over 50 years, CattleFax has been considered a global leader in beef industry research, analysis, and information. Applehans will be presenting an industry outlook based on weather and its effects on the cattle market.
