(Smith County Insider Press) Carthage, Tenn. – The April session of the Grand Jury in Smith County resulted in two unrelated people being indicted for TennCare Fraud.
Kimberly M. Smith was charged with 3 counts of TennCare Fraud for allegedly selling 40mg Vyvanse pills that she had received through TennCare funding. Vyvanse is a schedule II drug.
