COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Contributing to a national celebration of small businesses, the Tennessee Small Business Development at TTU will host events in DeKalb, Overton, Putnam, Smith, & White counties. The events are being co-organized with area chambers of commerce and local banks and will take place May 1st through May 5th.
The event in Smith County will take place on Wednesday, May 3, at the Gordonsville Civic Center from 10am to 4pm.
Each event will offer one-to-one assistance for getting businesses listed on Google Search and Maps, a live sign-up to participate in the 2017 Upper Cumberland Shop Small Business Saturday event, a free 2 hour “Managing Millennials” lunch-n-learn, and a free seminar on “Managing Your Company’s Online Reputation”.
