The 2016 Smith County Toddler Fairest of the Fair Pageant was held on Wednesday night, July 27th, at the Smith County Agriculture Center. The Toddler Fairest of the Fair Pageants consist of ages 2-3 years old. There was only two contestants in the boys contest. The winner of the 2-3 Year Old Boys Toddler Fairest of the Fair pageant was Spencer Allen Haddock and the 1st runner-up was Knox Dickens.

There were 11 contestants in the 2-3 Year Old Girls Toddler Fairest of the Fair contest. The winner of the 2-3 Year Old Girls Toddler Fairest of the Fair contest was Alliyah Mai Dedmon, the 1st Runner-up was Alexis Love Carter, and the 2nd Runner-up was Tilly Gene Boze.

The Mr. Tiny Fairest of the Fair Pageants consist of ages 4-6 year old. The winners of the Mr. Tiny Fairest of the Fair Pageant was Van Dallas Boze and the 1st Runner-up was Mason Chance Maxwell.

The 2016 Smith County Miss Tiny Fairest of the Fair Pageant was held on Wednesday night, July 27th, at the Smith County Agriculture Center. The Miss Tiny Fairest of the Fair Pageants consist of ages 4-6 year old. The winners of the Miss Tiny Fairest of the Fair Pageant was Emma Frances Locke, 1st Runner-up was Clara Frey, and the 2nd Runner-up was Maci Caroline Cook.
