The members of DeKalb-Smithville #374, The Order of the Eastern Star, have collected over 400 new and gently used stuffed animals from the good neighbors of two counties in Tennessee. They were distributed to the First Responders: the Sheriffs, Police, Ambulance Center, Fire Department of DeKalb and Smith Counties in Tennessee, and others. These organizations use the stuffed animals to comfort families especially the children in traumatic and emotional situations that involve their services.
