“Tennis Anyone?” – Learn to play at Crump Paris Park

Play Tennissee is a program designed for the beginner tennis player or those who haven’t played in years. Participants will learn all the basic strokes, tennis etiquette and how to score a game. Each class is taught by a USTA professional. Register today for the workshop lessons at Crump Paris Park July 12, & 19 and August 2 from 6-8 p.m. at www.playtennisee.com. Cost is $50 for the workshop and participants receive a free adult racket and t-shirt.

Private lessons and small group lessons, with price packages below, are offered by Brian Cadle. He currently serves as the head tennis coach at Dekalb County High School in Smithville. Coach Cadle also works with the United States Tennis Association (USTA) as both an instructor and advocate for growing the game of tennis for both adults and youth in the Upper Cumberland and Middle Tennessee.  He has been coaching high school tennis since 1994 in both Tennessee and Indiana and most recently has been leading the Learn to Play and Play to Compete programs in Smithville and Carthage. 

·  Private lessons are $25 per hour

·  4 people for 90 minutes: $15 per person

·  3 people for 90 minutes: $20 per person

·  2 people for 90 minutes: $30 per person

·  4 people for 1 hour: $10 per person 

·  3 people for 1 hour: $15 per person
