A front moving through on Friday should bring drier air for the weekend and a major improvement in our weather. This has been a cold week but we are going to get those temperatures turned around and much milder weather comes next week.
Partly cloudy skies are in your weekend forecast with high temperatures in the low 50s Saturday and low 60s Sunday. Showers and scattered thunderstorms come back into our forecast from Sunday night through Wednesday but it will be continued mild with 60s in the afternoon.
The official start of spring is just three weeks away, and the time changes in a little over a week as we go back on daylight savings time. The warmer weather starting Sunday is likely to bring a few cases of spring fever.
With the arrival of March we get the severe weather season kicked off in Middle Tennessee and I will have information for you on that every week.
