Smith County Sheriff’s Office plans Santa’s Shoppers Program 2018

November 12, 2018

The Smith County Sheriff’s Office has partnered with the Smith County Chamber of Commerce again this year to host the 2018 Santa’s Shoppers Program.

Santa’s Shoppers fosters relationships between police officers and children and creates an exciting Christmas experience for children in need. The children who participate in Santa’s Shoppers are identified through applications processed by the Smith County Help Center.

Through generous donations over the past four years, the Santa’s Shoppers program has been able to take 335 Smith County children to shop with local law enforcement.

If you would like to contribute to the Santa’s Shopper’s program, please make checks or money orders payable to Smith County Living, Inc. for SCSO Santa’s Shoppers Program.

Contributions can be mailed or hand-delivered to the Smith County Chamber of Commerce, located at 939 Upper Ferry Road in Carthage, Tennessee – 37030.

Please mail contributions by December 7, 2018.

For more information, contact Beth Davis, Smith County Jail Administrator/Program Coordinator, at (615)735-2626.
