Smith County Schools will be closed on Thursday, February 8, and Friday, February 9, due to illness. The Smith County Board of Education asks that you please refrain from attending any school related events if you are sick.
A representative from the board of education informed Smith County Insider that nearly 14% of the entire student body was absent on Wednesday, February 7, 2018.
