Shopping and eating local during the holidays has an added incentive this season…. a chance to win cash prizes!!!
Holiday Shop-a-round Passports are available for pick at all participating business and the Smith County Chamber of Commerce. Every passport returned to the Chamber of Commerce by January 3rd has a chance to win $100 no purchase necessary.
As you shop and eat local at the participating locations you may collect stamps until December 31st with every purchase. For every two stamps collected participants get another entry to win $100. Participants who fill the entire passport are eligible for $400 cash prize.
Participants may collect stamps from each participating business with purchase 1 time per day until December 31st. To fill the entire passport participant must collect 35 stamps (1st 2 stamps are FREE – no purchase necessary). Remember you can collect 1 stamp per day with purchase from each participating business. There are 26 businesses participating and plenty of opportunities to collect stamps until December 31st.
To be eligible to win the cash prizes passports must be turned in to the Smith County Chamber of Commerce by noon.on January 3rd. You may return your passport anytime during office hours at the Smith County Chamber of Commerce. A box will also be available outside the Chamber of Commerce beginning December 30th to return passports after hours or while the office is closed for the holiday weekend.
This event is co-hosted by the the Smith County Events Committee and Smith County Chamber of Commerce. Nystar Mining has generously sponsored the Holiday Passport event.
