Beginning on Monday, May 11, 2020, the National Guard will be providing COVID-19 testing at the Smith County Health Department on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, COVID-19 testing will be offered from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Additionally, the Smith County Health Department has re-useable face masks available for the public if anyone needs them. The Health Department asks that when you arrive at the health department, please give them a call (615-735-0242) telling how many people in your immediate family need a mask and the staff will bring the masks to their car. For everyone’s safety, the health department staff asks that you do not come inside to get your mask.
