The 2021 Fairest of the Fair Boys and Girls Ages 2-3 Pageants were held at the Smith County Fair on Wednesday night, June 30, 2021.
The winner of the 2021 Smith County Fairest of the Fair Girls Ages 2-3 Pageant was Ruby Lois McCarter, 1st Runner Up was Harley Rae Shrum, 2nd Runner Up was Arabella Grace Davis, and 3rd Runner Up was Lacy Cole Harp.
Arabella Grace Davis was crowned the People’s Choice Award and Most Photogenic was awarded to Harley Rae Shrum. 
The winner of the 2021 Smith County Fairest of the Fair Boys Ages 2-3 Pageant was Dewey Lee Comstock.
