The 2022 Smith County Fair Apple Pie Contest featured 27 pie entries. Bakers could enter their pies in two categories Traditional Double Crust and Non-Traditional/Variation Crust. The pies were judged on Overall Outside appearance, internal characteristics and flavor.
Winners got bragging rights and great prizes. Wildwood Resort and Marina sponsored the event. Owners Natasha and John Deane are pictured with the winners.
