The 2022 Miss and Mister Baby Fairest of the Fair Pageants were held at the Smith County Fair on Saturday, July 9, 2022.
The winner of the Mr. Baby Fairest of the Fair 0-6 months was Wyatt Dustin Owens. The winner of the 2022 Smith County Miss Baby Fairest of the Fair Pageant was Josie Powell, 1st Runner Up was Iviana Marie Mosley. Josie Powell also won Miss Photogenic.
The winner of the Mr. Baby Fairest of the Fair 7-15 months was Huntington Sircy and 1st Runner-up was Levi McPherson. The winner of the 2022 Smith County Miss Baby Fairest of the Fair Pageant 7-15 months was Kollins Piper Long, 1st Runner Up was Saylor Kate Wade and 2nd Runner up was Karmen Rose Silva. Rosaline Pearl Horton was crowned Miss Photogenic and People’s Choice. 
The winner of the Mr. Baby Fairest of the Fair 16-23 months was Jaxon McPherson. The winner of the 2022 Smith County Miss Baby Fairest of the Fair Pageant 16-23 months was Decklyn June Hamlet, 1st Runner Up was Collins Everleigh Johnson and 2nd Runner up was Kyndal Blayke Kemp. Decklyn June Hamlet was crowned Miss Photogenic and People’s Choice.
