On January 28th, Sergeant Junior Fields, Deputy Robin Bellar, and Sergeant Jimmy Lankford obtained a search warrant for 173 Hartsville Pk. Upon searching the outside of the residence Sgt. Fields observed Mr. Terry Franklin looking out the window. After announcing the search warrant, the door was pushed open and the residence and the individuals inside were secured.
Sgt. Fields located multiple baggies with methamphetamine inside them and an empty glass pipe inside the toilet. The search additionally found a marijuana grinder and a marjuana bong which was sitting behind Mr.Franklin’s couch.
A total of 3.3 grams of crystal methamphetamine was recovered from the toilet. Mr. Franklin was placed under arrest and transported to the Smith County Jail for processing.
