On November 30th, 2022 Sergeant Junior Fields along with Deputy Chris Lynn, Sergeant Matthew White, and Sergeant Ridge Long executed a search warrant at the residence of Mrs. Robin Woodard. Sgt. Fields knocked on the door announcing “Smith County Sheriff’s Office search warrant.” After 3 times of the announcement Fields opened the door to see Mrs. Woodard standing in the doorway.
After providing Mrs. Woodard with a copy of the search warrant the officers began to search the residence. While speaking to Woodard, she admitted to selling over one pound of Crystal Methamphetamine in the last two months. She continued admitting to purchasing the methamphetamine and selling it in Smith County.
After the search concluded the following things were seized: methamphetamine, scales, oxycontin pills, heroin, and a glass methamphetamine pipe were all found along with a plate with lines of methamphetamine on it.
Mrs Woodard was placed under arrest and was transported to the Smith County Jail for processing.
