Although the weather may have been more reminiscent of Christmas morning than of Halloween night, Jack Frost couldn’t stop spooks of all kinds from getting out to enjoy the 3rd Annual Gordonsville Halloween Bash last night.
As the sun began to set, Main Street was transformed into a scene from a storybook, chock full of princesses, pirates, cartoon and video game characters, killer clowns, and more.
This year’s Gordonsville Halloween Bash featured a Touch-A-Truck experience where kids could get up-close with an ambulance and a police car, free train rides up and down Main Street, exciting Halloween music, and tons of local businesses and organizations passing out candy.
The fun continued through the late evening, as folks eagerly awaited door prize drawings and a $250 cash giveaway sponsored by Wilson Bank & Trust.

By the end of the night, noses and toes were surely cold, but smiles abounded and attendees left the event full of hot chocolate, candy, and that magical Halloween spirit.
