Save the Date! The 16th Annual Race for Jordan 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at the Cordell Hull Dam in Carthage, Tennessee.
Jordan Cage Hackett, son of Stephen and Karen Hackett, was born June 7, 2002, with a heart defect known as Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. He passed away on October 14, 2002, following his second open-heart surgery.
Runners, walkers, and strollers welcome!
Water stations will be provided. Please be aware that the course has a few dips and rises.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals will be given in each category (male & female) & in the stroller/wheelchair division.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place plaques will be given to overall male and female winners.
Kids (10 & under) 1 Mile Fun Run following the 5K Race. Everyone will receive a prize!
Teams of 10 or more will be recognized during awards. A trophy will be given to the team with the most participation!
An entry fee of $20.00 for short sleeve or $30.00 for long sleeve shirts will be collected from each participant. T-shirts are available in sizes S -XXL. Toddler shirts are $10 and available in sizes 2T – 4T.
Shirts will be reserved for those who register by April 27.
Registration the day of the event begins at 6:30 a.m. RAIN OR SHINE.
