
On January 15th, 2023 Sergeant Junior Fields attempted to stop a white 2014 Ford Focus which was identified to be driven by Mr. Philando Fullilove. Prior to the stop it was known that Mr. Fullilove had a suspended license and agreed to deliver a ball of heroin and a couple grams of heroin.
Upon attempting to stop Mr. Fullilove, he passed the location and sped up exceeding 70 mph. Deputy Jordan Green joined the pursuit. Upon reaching the intersection at Flat Rock Rd. and Lebanon Hwy, Fullilove failed to stop at a stop sign and travelled into the parking lot of Whites service station, where he struck a fuel pump.
After being put into custody, a baggie of marijuana was found in his pocket and $1083.00 US currency which was later identified as being sourced from drug sales. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of 20 grams of marijuana, 56 grams of meth, 48 grams of cocaine, a set of scales, and a marijuana grinder.
Upon reaching the Smith County Jail, a rolled up $5 bill was found with cocaine and 3, 30 milligram oxycodone pills. Mr. Fullilove had been convicted of driving with a suspended license before and admitted to not having any other jobs besides selling drugs.
