Michelle Boykin, Chief Operating Officer at Rackley Roofing was recently selected as the 2022 Executive Chair and received the World Award Veteran from the National Women in Roofing.
This award recognizes the contributions of a dedicated leader in roofing with at least 10 years of professional experience in the industry. Award winners are honored based on:
- Commitment to the development of the roofing industry
- Perseverance against industry odds, breaking barriers (under-represented, age, disability, etc…)
- Identifying a new perspective of service/contribution to the industry
- Making a difference in respective roofing niche

Boykin was nominated by peers for exhibiting outstanding commitment and leadership in the roofing industry. She demonstrated perseverance, personal and professional growth, contributed to the industry, created opportunities for others, and has been an inspiration to many.
