(Smith County Insider Press) Carthage, Tenn. – Billy E. Davenport Jr., of the Hogan’s Creek Community, was recently indicted by the Grand Jury for one count of sexual exploitation of a minor (over 50 images) and one count of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. The images were seized from Davenport’s computer following a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI). Davenport’s bond was set at $20,000.
Davenport’s indictment stated that he unlawfully did knowingly possess material that included a minor engaged in sexual activity or simulated sexual activity that is patently offensive, containing fifty or more, in violation of Tennessee Code Annotated 39-17-1003.
