On December 2nd, 2021, K( Sgt. Ridge Long encountered a vehicle parked in the upper gravel lot of the Gordonsville pilot. Mr. Brown, the driver, started his vehicle and exited. Mr. Brown allowed a free air K9 sniff of his vehicle.
There was a positive alert on the driver side area. Upon conducting a search of the vehicle, two bindles of heroin were found along with a set of digital scales. The heroin appeared to be packaged for distribution. There was also a THC vape and a hydrocodone pill inside the console. Three firearms were later found in the car. He was placed under arrest and taken in for processing.
He is being charged with Felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm during commission of felony, MFG/ DEL/ SELL controlled substances, and possession of controlled substances.
He is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
