Duffy Dunbar
(Smith County Insider Press) Carthage, Tenn. – On Friday, August 25, a Smith County man, Duffy Dunbar, was arrested for sexual exploitation of a minor.
The arrest warrant read, “Around May/June, Dunbar did message a juvenile asking her to send him nude photos and also did try to entice her to get together by offering her pills, alcohol, and marijuana.”
Dunbar was charged with criminal attempt to commit sexual exploitation of a minor and criminal attempt to contribute to a minor.
Dunbar was formerly a soccer coach at Upperman High School and Smith County High School.
News Channel 5 falsely reported that Dunbar was a former “teacher.” Dunbar was never employed as a teacher by Smith County School System.
