(Smith County Insider Press) Carthage, Tenn. – On April 11, the Carthage Police Department received a call reporting a man exposing himself inappropriately at Murphy Oil Gas Station located in the parking lot of Wal-Mart in Carthage.
When authorities arrived on scene, a female employee of the gas station told officers that a man had been openly exposing his manhood to her. The man was identified as Jordan Gregory Phillips of Gainesboro. Phillips was interviewed by a Detective of the Carthage Police Department and he allegedly admitted to exposing himself at Murphy Oil gas station.
