On September 10th, 2021, Sgt. Junior Fields made contact with Brian Harville at the Chestnut Mound Post office after being dispatched that he was blocking the drive. Sgt. Fields noticed a pill container which he got permission to search. The container had 12 hydrocodone pills inside it. He also was found to have prescription and other pills in his vehicle.
He stated that he had been distributing the hydrocodone pills and Alprazolam pills, but stated that he gave them away and did not receive any money for them.
He was placed under arrest and taken to the Smith County Jail for processing.
He is being charged with possession of schedule II, and Schedule IV
He is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
