Lolly’s Café is the newest addition to Carthage’s growing list of businesses as the restaurant held its Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony August 25.
Lolly’s Café staff served several guests during their grand opening.
Customers can dine on everyday options such as chicken strips, burgers, hamburger steaks, BBQ sandwiches and homestyle fries. Dessert specials are also prepared daily by the staff.
There are also featured menu items such as choice meat and two sides with bread; BBQ meat with select sides; and BBQ nachos with fries or baked potato.
BBQ can also be ordered by the pound. BBQ family packs with sides and breads are also available.
Made to order breakfast items are daily from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
The restaurant is located at 211 Colonial Street in Carthage, which is across from the Smith County Stockyard.
Lolly Café hours are Monday-Thursday 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. The café is open on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
