The Adult Leadership of Smith County class of 2022, Youth Leadership of Smith County class of 2021-22 and GHS Student Government travelled to the Tennessee State Capitol last week along with the Smith County Chamber Director, Billy Woodard, and the Smith County Mayor, Jeff Mason.
Smith County Leaders were able to tour the capital, visit the senate chambers and speak with several representatives from congress and the senate. A highlight was a meet and greet with Governor Bill Lee when the above picture was taken.
