(Smith County Insider Press) Lancaster, Tenn. – The community of Lancaster will be having its annual installment of their Fire Hall Jamboree this Saturday, August 8th. This is the second of two public gatherings that Lancaster entertains every year (the other being the Independence Day Parade).
This is the Fire Hall’s 26th chapter of their fundraiser that dates back to 1990. The activities for that evening will begin at 5:00 p.m. The food that will be available that day will include a cowboy bean supper, hamburgers, hotdogs, and “all the fixin’s”
Live music entertainment will be furnished throughout the evening and night. Also, a cake walk along with a live and silent auction will occur.
The Lancaster Fire Hall would like to extend the welcome to anyone to an enjoyable, fun-filled night.
