
Tiffany Prashaw
A woman was arrested after a K-9 unit discovered drugs in her vehicle in Carthage on August 20.
Tiffany Prashaw was taken into custody by Smith County Sgt. Junior Fields and Deputy Matt White when their K-9 sniffed out drugs inside her 2004 Buick SUV.
After receiving information earlier in the day that Prashaw may be in possession of large amounts of methamphetamine, deputies made contact with the suspect at the Bait Shop parking lot located on Hwy. 25.
During the search, 3.6 grams of crystal methamphetamine was found in a bag inside Parshaw’s SUV.
According to the police report, also revealed were five empty baggies, a new set of digital scales, a scoop, 7.1 grams of crystal methamphetamine, all of which were consistent with the sell and delivery of methamphetamine.
Prashaw also possessed $800, which she admitted to deputies were from buying and selling of meth only days earlier.
