I am an incumbent commissioner since 2018. Look for my name on the August 4th ballot. I represent District 2 which includes Tanglewood, Riddleton, Dixon Springs, Monoville, Turkey Creek, Old Carthage Hwy., Smith Branch and some of Pleasant Shade Hwy. I was born and raised in Smith County and I am proud to serve our citizens.
The last four years have been difficult due to budget problems in the county but now after a lot of hard work by Mayor Mason and the County Commissioners things are looking up. I have been faithful in attending meetings and working to make sure that my constituents can always reach me to express their concerns. There are many challenges ahead for Smith Co.
