Grand Jury Returns 99 Indictments During December 2016 Session

(Smith County Insider Press) Carthage, Tenn. – The Grand Jury met at the Smith County Court Facility on Monday, December 5. After deliberating for several hours, they returned 99 indictment for the December 2016 Session. 62 of the 99 still remained sealed as of Tuesday afternoon.
