55-year-old Glenda Joyce Arnold of Carthage is indicted on one count possession of schedule II (morphine), one count possession of schedule II (oxycodone), two counts obtaining prescription drugs by fraud, one count money laundering, one count accessory after the fact, one count conspiracy to sell schedule II (oxycodone), and one count conspiracy to sell schedule II (morphine). Her bond is set at $50,000.
43-year-old Jeremy Todd Gibbs of Carthage is indicted on one count sell of schedule II (oxycodone), two counts conspiracy to sell schedule II (oxycodone), one count conspiracy to sell schedule II (morphine), three counts obtaining prescription drugs by fraud, and one count money laundering. His bond is set at $80,000.
27-year-old Brooke Nicole Gibbs of Pleasant Shade is indicted on one count possession of schedule II (oxycodone), one count possession of schedule II (morphine), four counts obtaining prescription drugs by fraud, one count driving on revoked driver’s license, one count conspiracy to sell schedule II (oxycodone), and one count conspiracy to sell schedule II (morphine). Her bond is set at $50,000.
57-year-old Melinda Sue Gibbs-Whited of Carthage is indicted on one count possession of schedule II (oxycodone), seven counts obtaining prescription drugs by fraud, one count money laundering, one count conspiracy to sell schedule II (oxycodone), and one count conspiracy to sell schedule II (morphine). Her bond is set at $50,000.
