Spring has sprung and Easter Sunday is fast approaching! As you rush to find the perfect pastel dresses, Easter baskets, and candy; don’t forget to plan your go to Easter Egg Hunts as well. Smith County is host to several Egg hunts that are open to the public.
The Smith County Rescue Squad along with Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation are partnering to host their annual egg hunt at 3pm on Easter Sunday, March 27, at the Crump Paris Park Soccer Field. In the event of rain the hunt will be held the following Sunday on April 3. The age groups will include infant-3 years, 4-8 years, and 9-12 years old. A prize will be awarded to the retriever of the gold and silver eggs in each category.
Carthage Pavilion Assisted Living will be hosting an Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 2 from 1- 3pm. For more information you may call 615-588-1040.
Gordonsville United Methodist Church will be hold their Egg Hunt this Saturday, March 26. Games and activities will begin at 11am, lunch will be held at 11:30, and the egg hunt will begin at 12. For more information call 615-683-6789.
An Egg Hunt and Raffle to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association will be held this Saturday, March 26, at 11am. The event will take place at 150 Moss Street (behind Carthage McDonalds). There will be an egg hunt for children, a raffle for adults, music, face painting, and more!
