Presidential Preference Primary and it will be held on March 1, 2016. Early voting for the March 1, 2016 election starts today, February 10, 2016. Early voting will be available at the Smith County Election Commission office located at 122 Turner High Circle Suite 105 – Carthage, TN 37030. Early voting times are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Early voting will be closed on February 15th for President’s Day.
