(Smith County Insider Press) Carthage, Tenn. – Early voting begins on July 15 and will run through July 30. Early voting will be held from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Friday and 8 a.m. – noon on Saturdays at the Smith County Election Office located at 122 Turner High Circle, Suite 105 in Carthage, TN. There will be extended hours for early voting on July 28, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. On election day, August 4, voting will be open at all precincts from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Click HERE to see a copy of the Sample Ballot.
