On December 12th, Sergeant Junior Fields stopped a black 2009 Nissan Altima in the parking lot of Hickory Hills Apartments after observing the vehicle traveling in the wrong lane of traffic while going eastbound. The driver, identified as Mrs. Sky White, spoke with heavily slurred speech.

She was placed in the patrol upon her arrest and handcuffed behind her back. A search of her vehicle revealed a small amount of methamphetamine in a tissue in the front interior door handle of the driver’s side. Also located in the vehicle was a set of digital scales and a methamphetamine pipe in the central console. A small piece of methamphetamine was also recovered on Mrs White’s shirt. She also produced a small bag of methamphetamine hidden on her person. Another bag of methamphetamine was found on the floorboard after she was sent to have her blood drawn.

After being transferred to the Smith County Jail, more methamphetamine was found in her pants. A total of 10.1 grams of crystal methamphetamine were located during the incident. Mrs White has a prior DUI in Macon County and an active warrant for violation of probation.
