(Smith County Insider Press) Carthage, Tenn. – Construction has begun on a Dollar Tree store in Carthage at the intersection of Highway 25 and Upper Ferry Road.
The new Dollar Tree will be located across from the Smith County Chamber of Commerce. According to the Town of Carthage, the store is estimated to be complete and ready to open by late spring of 2017.
Construction crews have begun excavating the land in the past few weeks to prepare the site for building.
