
UT Extension Smith County is proud to present the latest episode of Cultivating Communities. Join hosts Katie Martin and Chris Hicks as they travel the Upper Cumberland to introduce you to local farmers, families, and Extension agents.
In the latest episode of Cultivating Communities, Chris and Katie travel to Trousdale County, where Extension Agent Jason Evitts takes them to a Wagyu beef farm and then to Farmer’s Harvest Restaurant for a farm-to-table meal.
Featured interviews are with beef producer Van Thompson of Wagyu Farms, Justin Gregory of Farmer’s Produce and Farmer’s Harvest Restaurant, and Kim Ligon of Farmer’s Harvest Restaurant.
